Farah is a Latine social worker/therapist, a Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher, a 200-hour meditation teacher in Tibetan Buddhist practices, and a Trauma-Informed Wellness Practitioner who integrates holistic approaches into her work. She holds certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga (Exhale to Inhale), Trauma-Informed CBT, and Restorative Practices.
Farah is passionate about liberation, sound meditation, yogic mantras, sustainability, and exploring the intersections of Animal Rights Theory and systemic discrimination.
She works closely with immigrant communities, drawing from her own experience as a newcomer to the U.S. Supporting individuals on their paths to healing, liberation, and self-discovery brings her immense joy.
