Kimberly Polanco is a Licensed Master Social Worker, Birth and Abortion Doula, and Childbirth Educator dedicated to supporting individuals and families across the reproductive spectrum: including pregnancy, loss, birth and the postpartum period - in English and Spanish. She currently serves as a Social Worker in the OBGYN Ambulatory Practice at Mount Sinai Hospital, where she provides perinatal mental health support, advocacy, and resource navigation for patients and families. Kimberly’s work is rooted in reproductive justice, cultural humility, and community care. Kimberly serves as the education and advocacy chair on the Release Wellness board of directors.
